FAQ

What is your background?
I started out as a software developer, but recruiting pulled me in early. After a few years working agency placements for big tech companies, I joined Amazon, where I spent another handful of years as a technical recruiter and became top in the org for # of engineers hired. I genuinely loved the work. Now I am working on starting my own thing. This page just helps cover my rent.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session. If you are unsatisfied with a session for any reason, reach out and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, completely. Everything discussed in a session stays between us. Sessions are not recorded or shared.
What insider information do you share?
There are things about Amazon's interview and hiring process that most candidates simply cannot find online. How the debrief conversation actually works. What the Bar Raiser's participation means in practice. How written feedback influences the outcome before any discussion happens. How compensation bands are structured and what is actually negotiable. I will share what I know from years working inside the process. Some of it will genuinely surprise you.
Do you only coach for Amazon?
Amazon is my specialty and where my insider knowledge is deepest. The behavioral frameworks, coding communication skills, and negotiation strategies we cover apply directly to Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other large tech companies.
How much prep time do I need outside of sessions?
Successful Amazon candidates typically spend 20 to 40 hours preparing for the loop. Coaching helps you focus that time on what actually matters, but it does not replace the work. Come ready to put in the hours and the sessions will make them count.
How do I reach you with questions?
